The price on this page is the full amount captured by Lemon Squeezy — we don't add any surcharge on top. However, Lemon Squeezy is registered as a U.S.-based Merchant of Record, so some Japanese-issued credit cards apply a small international-transaction fee (typically ~1–2%, varies by issuer) on any charge from a foreign merchant, even when the charge currency is JPY. This fee is set and collected entirely by your card issuer; it does not go to us or to Lemon Squeezy, and the exact amount depends on your card. To avoid it, check whether your card offers a "no-foreign-transaction-fee" option, or contact us about alternative payment methods.
The 25% discount applies for the first 12 months of your subscription. After 12 months, your subscription continues at the standard rate (Solo ¥980/mo, Family ¥1,980/mo). The standard rate may change in the future; in that case we'll notify all subscribers at least 30 days before any change takes effect. If you cancel and later return, the founder discount no longer applies.
Token usage is tracked per billing period. If you reach the limit, you can either upgrade to a higher tier mid-period or wait until your next renewal. We'll always warn you well before you hit the cap.
Photos are processed by our AI provider and not retained on our servers after the response. Recipes you choose to save stay in your private library and can be exported or deleted at any time. See our Privacy Policy.

What we collect. EverydAI Labs operates products under separate brands. The website itself uses no marketing or behavior-tracking cookies, no third-party analytics, and no advertising pixels. Minimal technical cookies and data processing required for security and payment (via Cloudflare for edge protection and Lemon Squeezy for checkout sessions) do occur and are out of our direct control; their use is limited to the function each provider performs. Product-specific data handling is described below.
Ajito (cooking assistant). When you create an Ajito account we collect:
Where data is stored. Ajito account data is stored on Supabase infrastructure in the Tokyo (ap-northeast-1) region. AI requests are processed by Anthropic (Claude API) under their zero-retention terms — Anthropic does not retain the content of your requests beyond the response.
Data security. All personal data we process is transmitted over encrypted connections (TLS) and stored encrypted at rest by our infrastructure providers.
Sub-processors. We use the following service providers to deliver Ajito. Each operates under its own privacy policy; in handling your data on our behalf, they act as sub-processors under our terms.
If this list changes, we will update this page before the new sub-processor begins handling your data.
Cross-border data transfer. Some of the sub-processors above are located outside Japan (Anthropic, Resend, Cloudflare, and Lemon Squeezy in the United States). For each, we have reviewed the personal-data-protection framework of the receiving country and applied appropriate technical and contractual safeguards (including zero-retention terms with Anthropic, encrypted transport, and standard data-processing terms with each provider). Information about the data-protection regimes of these countries is available upon request to contact@everydailabs.com.
Payments. Subscription billing is processed by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy collects payment instrument data, billing address, and tax information directly; we never receive or store full card numbers. Their privacy policy is available at lemonsqueezy.com/privacy.

Service. EverydAI Labs provides AI-powered software products on a subscription or free basis. PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND WE MAKE NO WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, THAT THEY WILL MEET YOUR SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS, BE UNINTERRUPTED, OR BE ERROR-FREE. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Eligibility by jurisdiction. Service is not available where prohibited by applicable law or by the terms of our service providers. In particular, our AI provider (Anthropic PBC) restricts service to countries listed in its Supported Regions Policy (currently published at anthropic.com/supported-countries). Users are responsible for verifying that their jurisdiction permits use of the service. We reserve the right to suspend accounts located in regions where service is or becomes restricted.
Eligibility by age. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account, or the minimum age required for digital-services consent in your jurisdiction — whichever is greater. Users below the age of majority require parental or guardian consent. We do not actively verify age at signup. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement. Accounts we identify as held by underage users without parental consent will be suspended.
Subscriptions and renewal. Paid subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the customer portal accessed within the product, and you will retain access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Applicable taxes are calculated and collected by Lemon Squeezy at checkout.
Pricing. Current subscription pricing for each product and tier is shown on our pricing page. All listed prices in Japanese Yen are tax-inclusive (税込). Final price at checkout reflects any jurisdiction-specific tax adjustments made by our payment provider. Pricing may change from time to time; in that case we will notify all active subscription members by email at least 30 days before the effective date. Members who do not agree with the new rate may cancel before the effective date and retain access through the end of their already-paid period. Promotional rates (such as founding-member discounts) apply for the duration stated in their specific terms; the 2026 founding-member discount applies for the first 12 months of a subscription, after which the standard tier rate applies (subject to the change-with-notice terms above).
Payments. Subscriptions are sold via Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy collects payment, remits applicable taxes (Japan Consumption Tax, EU VAT, US state sales tax, and other jurisdiction-specific levies) on our behalf, and appears as the merchant of record on your billing statement. For billing inquiries, refunds, or chargebacks, contact Lemon Squeezy support first (the support address is shown on every receipt). Account-state matters (access, cancellation, data deletion, tier changes) remain handled directly by us at contact@everydailabs.com.
Service availability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service and offer no SLA. Short interruptions, scheduled maintenance, and outages outside our control (cloud provider, AI provider, payment provider, network) do not entitle you to any credit or refund. In the event of a prolonged outage attributable solely to our own infrastructure, we may, at our sole discretion, issue a prorated credit toward a future billing period. Any such credit is goodwill, not an obligation.
Service termination by us.
Acceptable use. You may not use our products to generate unlawful content, attempt to extract our system prompts or model weights, evade rate limits via multiple accounts, or resell access to the service.
AI output and cooking safety. AI-generated recipes, ingredient lists, and nutritional information are produced automatically and are provided as informational guidance only. They do not guarantee complete avoidance of food allergens, the freshness or sanitary state of ingredients, or the safety of cooking procedures (including the handling of knives, heat, and raw ingredients). It is your responsibility to verify the condition of your ingredients, identify allergens, and apply safe cooking practices before consuming any meal prepared with the help of our products. AI-generated output is not a substitute for professional medical, nutritional, or legal advice.
Liability. EXCEPT IN CASES OF EVERYDAI LABS' WILLFUL MISCONDUCT OR GROSS NEGLIGENCE, AND TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, EVERYDAI LABS' TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE FEES YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
License. Products are licensed for personal, non-commercial use unless explicitly stated otherwise per product. Redistribution, resale, or use in automated downstream services is prohibited.
Changes to these Terms. We may modify these Terms from time to time. For material changes (price increases, scope reductions, new restrictions affecting your use), we will notify active users by email at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree, you may cancel your subscription before the effective date and retain access through the end of your paid period per the cancellation terms above.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court.
Disclosure under the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions (Japan). The seller of subscription products on this site is EverydAI Labs (operator), with contact via contact@everydailabs.com. Lemon Squeezy acts as Merchant of Record and is the entity that appears on your billing statement. Full business contact information required under the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions (operator's name, address, and telephone number) is available without delay upon written request to the email address above.

Cancel anytime. You can cancel an active subscription from the customer portal inside the product. Cancellation stops the next renewal — you retain full access until the end of the period you have already paid for. No partial refund is issued for the unused remainder of the current period.
Mistaken or duplicate charges. If you were billed in error (duplicate charge, charge after a confirmed cancellation, or a charge you did not authorise), email contact@everydailabs.com within 30 days of the charge with the order ID. Eligible refunds are issued by Lemon Squeezy back to the original payment method.
Service disruption. See "Service availability" in our Terms of Service. We do not refund or credit for short outages or for issues caused by third-party providers. Any goodwill credit for prolonged outages caused by our own infrastructure is at our sole discretion.
Merchant of Record. All refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy, who acts as the merchant of record for our subscriptions. Refund timing depends on your card issuer or PayPal — typically 5 to 10 business days after approval.
